Nowadays research is much more than just a scientific investigation! You have to convince people of the impact of your project, and then get the expected results... All R&D projects are complex since you have to search the path leading you to your goal. But applying dedicated project management methods and tools will guarantee an innovative and successful research. My offer My courses are mainly targeted for postdocs, doctoral students and scientists working actively on a project. But it's always a pleasure to share my knowledge with any interested people! These courses can be held either in english, german or french. The content of such courses will allow the participants to answer the following questions: What is a project and what are the main impact factors? What should I do to ensure a successful research project? How should I structure, plan and guide my project? How to deal with research problems? Applied teaching methods form an equilibrated mix of frontal presentations, personal or group works as well as presentations of participants. A simple project example builds a guiding thread through the entire course. Onsite, online courses or a mix of both can be offered. The duration of a typical complete onsite course is of 3 days, with a transfer period between day 2 and 3. However, courses of only one or two days can also be offered.
